How is data transfer counting?

There are counted only data that customers visit when they come to the site. In contrary, while you edit in BizWebs, data are not counting. You can view photos in administration, but they don't count in data transfer. When you view pictures on a public website in the gallery, data will count. Data are always counting while browsing on the public website.
