Order Tags
To enhance clarity, you have the option to label orders with color-coded tags that appear in the order list. These order tags can alert you to:
- orders containing customer notes,
- orders with internal notes filled in,
- orders with a different shipping address specified,
- orders exempt from VAT based on VAT ID verification,
- orders in a predefined status that include products with a quantity of 0 or less,
- orders containing products that are currently unavailable (pre-order),
- orders placed by customers who are members of a specific group or groups,
- orders placed by unregistered customers,
- orders under the OSS (one stop shop) scheme.
Setting Up Order Tags
You can find the order tag settings in the Orders section at the bottom-right corner. To open the settings, click on the icon 
.
To set the color for a specific event, click the arrow next to the color field:
To add a group to the groups whose orders should be highlighted, click the + icon in the group input field
After setting the desired colors, click the Save button.
Once saved, the order list will refresh, and orders meeting the specified conditions will display color-coded tags according to the settings.
